Welcome to ZamLex. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, governed by applicable Zambian laws, including the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017, Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021, and the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Acts of 2021.
1. Use of the Platform
You must be 18 years or older to access ZamLex. Use of this platform for unlawful purposes under Zambian law — including fraudulent business registration or misrepresentation — is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ZamLex will not be held liable for any unauthorized access due to your negligence.
3. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with Zambia’s Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021. Your information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on ZamLex — including software, legal templates, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of ZamLex and protected under copyright laws.
5. Cybersecurity & Digital Misuse
ZamLex operates in compliance with the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Acts of Zambia. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the Zambia Cyber Security Agency. Activities such as impersonation, digital fraud, or malware injection are criminal offenses.
6. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring all information and documents submitted to ZamLex — including PACRA, ZRA, or immigration forms — are true and accurate. False declarations may result in legal consequences.
7. Termination
ZamLex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or Zambian law.
8. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
